4. Alternative Accommodations and Refunds Should we be forced to cancel your stay, our priority is your comfort:

• Alternative Property: We will first endeavor to offer you an alternative property of comparable standard and location within our portfolio.

• Full Refund: If a suitable alternative is not available or if you choose not to accept the proposed solution, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to date.

Bijoux Apartments is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest, such as flights or external travel arrangements, resulting from such cancellations.
